Responsibilities
- Support and motivate your team to deliver the highest cleaning standards.
- Ensure the successful running of the shift from start to finish, communicating shift requirements and organising workloads.
- Adhere to Health and Safety protocols and procedures.
- Lead a team to maintain Northern\’s high cleaning standards, interacting with colleagues from all backgrounds.
- Address challenging situations and resolve significant cleaning issues that could impact train services quickly and safely.

Requirements
- Live within a 45‑minute car journey from the assigned train station.
- At least 21 years of age at application.
- Pass the safety‑critical medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening.
- Normal colour vision.
