About the Role

We're looking for an organised and proactive L&T Administrator to join our Training team. You'll provide essential administrative support, helping to coordinate training programmes, maintain accurate records and support colleagues across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate training courses, assessments and development activities.
  • Support training schedules, timetables and resource planning.
  • Prepare joining instructions, training materials and classroom arrangements.
  • Maintain training records, certifications and learning systems.
  • Produce reports and support departmental KPIs.
  • Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers and external providers.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including minute taking.
  • Work closely with trainers, learners, managers and external stakeholders.
