RoleNorthern Trust Asset Management (NTAM) is an over a trillion dollar investment management firm entrusted by investors around the globe to help them navigate changing market environments, so they can confidently realize their long-term objectives.The Head of Consultant Relations, EMEA develops, manages, and expands relationships with institutional consultants leveraging Northern Trust Asset Management's (NTAM’s) full suite of products and capabilities that span Beta, Alpha and Alternative Asset solutions. Major Duties:Oversee the relationship-building activities for a group of institutional consultants including tier 1-4 organizations. Collaborate closely with Consultant Relations partners to service the global consulting firms.Position institutional asset management products and services with the goal of obtaining favorable consultant ratings.Engage with field consultants to further advance NTAM’s presence.Coordinate with internal client service and sales partners to ensure consultant/client relationships are well served.Maintain knowledge of investment products and services by initiating frequent contact with other financial institutions, internal product partners/portfolio managers and keeping abreast of regulations affecting the industry.Maintain high awareness of competitors and their products, services, and differentiating characteristics.Knowledge of full range of traditional and alternative asset management solutions, including key high-priority NTAM capabilities, along with awareness of key industry trends influencing institutional investor behavior. multi-manager and custom private equity, private credit and hedge fund solutions. Ability to communicate, explain, and position NTAM products and services to sophisticated institutional consultants and investors.
