Responsibilities:

  • Builds trusted client relationships through engagement, effective communication, and consistent delivery.
  • Serves as the central client touchpoint to explain and assist clients in understanding NT products and technology.
  • Monitors, manages, and resolves daily activity related to transaction processing, asset servicing, account or system setup, reporting accuracy/delivery or other processes agreed upon with allocated clients.
  • Works with relationship, sales and product managers to identify additional business opportunities or client service improvements.
  • Communicates changes in technology, product or regulatory matters to clients and ensures their understanding, acceptance, or acknowledgement.
  • Creates and maintains documented procedures for assigned client relationships.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar financial roles or firms.
  • Experience working with institutional fund structured clients taking Depository and associated products, preferably from Luxembourg or equivalent regulated regimes.

Education:

  • University qualification or relative training or qualification evidencing a continuing desire to develop career skills or knowledge.

Competencies/Skills:

  • Excellent communication and written skills, tailoring messages to the audience and explaining complex topics in a clear concise fashion.
  • Independently driven, setting high expectations for service and development.
  • Experienced in the use of MS Office tools and Bank platforms, to manipulate data to enable correct messaging and analysis.
  • Detailed understanding and experience of custody products, financial asset types and wealth management capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate between multiple teams and deadlines in different locations and time zones.
  • Ability to anticipate and adapt to issues, creating solutions and obtaining delivery through escalation when necessary.
  • Takes responsibility for issues and resilient in the pursuit of solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in adhering to firm procedures.

Travel:

  • May be required to travel to occasional client meetings (including international travel).
