Role/ Department: Help to implement the agreed strategy for the Global Securities Finance Business, driving expansion and revenue enhancement in all aspects of the day to day functional demands of the business. This front-office role provides the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic business, handling a variety of tasks and priorities while responding effectively to changing requirements.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Take ownership of the onboarding and expansion of our borrower and collateral network, working with the Head of Business Management and key stakeholders from Trading, Operations, Client facing teams, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
- Work with trading desks and our Tri-Party Managers to oversee the implementation on new business and the expansion of Northern Trust's collateral requirements.
- Ensure forums for prioritisation function effectively and manage to agreed deadlines.
- Ensure business process is consistent, robust and compliant with prevailing regulations.
- Work with line manager to highlight and resolve any potential gaps or inconsistencies and identify process improvement opportunities including strategic location strategy.
- Manage agreed projects to implement business solutions working closely with partners in Legal, Operations, Change Management, Technology and Tax as required.
