Role/ Department: The role sits within the Transfer Agency business line and within a mature change function that manages multiple change portfolios. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the latest opportunities for use of AI are maximized and deliver real tangible value to the business. This is an exciting role in a fast-moving transformation area.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensure the vision, strategy and roadmap for the capability are defined, understood and maintained
- Continuously and proactively engage stakeholders to maximise the potential of the capability
- Ensure the evolution of the application is aligned with established strategic design principles
- Develop the business case for new capabilities, improvements to existing capability and functionality
- Work with vendor relationship manager as appropriate to drive priorities and deliver required capabilities
- Own the content of the capabilities’ key artefacts including metadata to support data governance
- Own the content of the capability reporting to stakeholders and project management as required, clearly identifying any at risk outcomes or deadlines
- Possess end to end knowledge of the capability and an understanding of the end user needs
- Establish a structured approach to meet demand from stakeholders and approved projects
- Work collaboratively with the technology and business operational teams to identify evolution opportunities
Skills/Qualifications: The successful candidate will benefit from having:
- Deep domain knowledge of the assigned capability from end to end
- Experience in change management, business requirement gathering, business case creation with clear ROI roles is required, preferably as a member of an AGILE team and within the fund services domain
- Familiarity with the processes and stakeholders impacted
- Understanding of executing AI for efficiency creation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and influence
- Strong presentation skills
- Communication and negotiating skills across multiple business lines
- Strong Leadership experience
- Team working and collaborative skills
- Understanding of Azure Dev Ops or equivalent framework
- Adaptable to new ways of working including agile methodologies
