Overview
In this Treasury/Finance governance-focused role, you lead cross-functional, strategic initiatives embedded in the change lifecycle, strengthening governance and enabling data-driven decisions. You partner with IT, Operations, Risk, and Finance to align Treasury perspectives with funding, liquidity, and regulatory needs. You drive risk controls, program governance, and end-to-end delivery with autonomy in a fast-paced environment. The role offers impact across enterprise initiatives and senior stakeholder engagement in the London office.

Responsibilities
- Drive proactive Treasury and Finance engagement in enterprise change, partnering across IT, Operations, and Risk to embed Treasury perspective early and mitigate downstream impacts while aligning to funding, liquidity, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure adherence to risk, control, and governance practices and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Own tracking and resolution of audit actions and regulatory deliverables
- Lead development and standardization of process documentation and reporting artifacts
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives across Treasury/Finance with IT, Operations, Risk/Compliance and related groups
- Structure workstreams and execution plans with clear priorities, timelines and dependencies
- Establish and maintain program tracking, roadmaps, and governance routines
- Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies with stakeholders
- Execute with autonomy, making informed trade-offs aligned to business priorities
- Manage competing demands with prioritization and focus on timely, high-quality outcomes
- Take accountability for end results and remove execution barriers
- Lead structured, multi-dimensional analyses to support decision-making
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Develop reporting frameworks across cost, performance, and operational metrics
- Identify trends and improve data quality and analytics processes
- Challenge assumptions to shape data-driven decisions
- Build and maintain partnerships across Finance, Treasury, Risk, IT, and Operations
- Drive alignment on objectives and approaches across stakeholders
- Lead communication and change efforts to support initiative execution
- Prepare materials for governance forums and senior discussions
Key requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or Finance / Treasury environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and oversee complex workstreams in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with sound judgment
- Preferred experience in Treasury, Liquidity, Markets, or Finance COO functions
- Preferred exposure to regulatory, control, or transformation initiatives
- Preferred familiarity with data governance, controls, or audit processes
