The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Ability to understand the core aspects of processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvement to Management.
  • Handling transactions for deposit products including indexing, document processing, loan processing.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Demonstrates excellent analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skills.
  • Should be adaptable and maintain flexibility in completing tasks in an ever-changing workplace.
  • Focuses on maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures, building towards becoming an area expert.
  • Provides coverage during vacation or ill time.
  • Trains/coaches new staff.
  • Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
  • May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management.
  • Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees.
  • More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas.
  • Delivers a work product that requires less revision.
  • Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
