A role within the Private Equity (PE) Operations team supporting a key client. You will work with global teams to deliver accounting and operational tasks on time, meet KPIs, and manage client queries.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the team, driving collaboration, performance, and clear communication.
- Coordinate deliverables, set timelines with clients, and ensure global adherence.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and act as a key point of contact for complex issues.
- Oversee and review financial reporting, including Board-level reporting where required.
- Ensure completion of statutory reporting and Guernsey regulatory requirements (FRR/LRR).
- Manage fund activities including valuations, distributions, and capital calls.
- Support internal reporting and identify process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with clients, advisors, and internal teams.
- Resolve queries, attend meetings, and present updates where needed.
- Support team workload, monitor mailboxes, and assist across tasks.
- Contribute to new business discussions and fee reviews.
- Act as an authorised signatory.
- Contribute to team priorities and projects.
- Maintain knowledge of Guernsey regulations and fund administration practices.
- ACA/ACCA qualified; knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Understanding of Guernsey regulatory environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and organisational ability.
- Advanced Excel; Investran beneficial.
