You translate workforce needs into practical compensation solutions across base pay, incentives, and recognition programs. You’ll lead analyses, market data reviews, and governance-aligned recommendations to support talent strategy. This position offers impact across a globally connected finance organization and opportunities to influence executive-level decisions. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Serve as trusted compensation advisor for ECOO units, guiding HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and leaders on complex matters /li li Develop recommendations for internal moves, retention, off-cycle adjustments, restructurings, and other pay decisions balancing market data, equity, priorities, affordability, and governance /li li Translate business needs into compensation solutions across base pay, short-term incentives, sales or other variable programs, and recognition programs /li li Conduct job evaluations, leveling, market-pricing analyses, and pay recommendations; ensure alignment with global job architecture and salary structures /li li Facilitate compensation discussions, explain sensitive information clearly, build alignment around actions /li li Monitor external practices, labor market developments, and regulatory changes; assess impact and respond /li li Develop executive-ready analyses and materials translating data into findings, risks, and recommendations /li li Lead and support the global annual compensation cycle including planning, data validation, market/pay equity analysis, testing, communications, enablement, issue resolution, and post-cycle review /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Advanced knowledge of broad-based compensation principles and practices /li li Strong compensation consulting and stakeholder management skills /li li Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with data-driven decision capability /li li Business acumen linking compensation to talent, workforce, financial and risk considerations /li li Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills /li li Strong project management and change management capabilities /li li Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with large datasets and executive-ready presentations /li li 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in financial services /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li clear communication /li li facilitation /li li Microsoft Excel /li li PowerPoint /li li market pricing /li /ul
