Role
This is a Client Implementation Manager role within the Client Implementation Group. This role, which can be based in London or Limerick, focuses on onboarding strategic clients launching pooled funds, primarily Tax Transparent funds and funds following LTAF regulations. Other fund types are also covered when requested.
The candidate should provide comprehensive project management support to stakeholders in defining and executing the program. They should identify and understand stakeholder and client needs, assess risks, assumptions, and constraints. This is a client-facing role requiring the candidate to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The candidate should be confident, well-presented, and an agent of change. Prior experience with fund launches is ideal.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the fund launch project plan, including scheduling activities and maintaining governance documents.
- Oversee all work streams.
- Provide implementation support to establish operational models.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet project objectives and fund launches.
- Monitor performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders.
- Guide and motivate team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Provide status updates and escalate issues promptly.
Skills/Qualifications
- Experience with fund launches is advantageous.
- Understanding of TTF and LTAF funds is beneficial.
- Experience in fund accounting, transfer agency, custody, and tax processes is beneficial.
- Experience in client implementation and onboarding.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize under pressure and adapt to change.
- Knowledge of developing standards and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing large, complex projects and change initiatives.
