Role/Department: Securities Lending are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to support our account management team. The successful candidate for this role will act as primary contact for specific Securities Lending client base in EMEA. The candidate will be expected to take lead on all client related matters delivering a high quality service, whilst identifying additional revenue opportunities. The candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of Securities Lending and be confident in presenting to clients face to face.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Act as account manager for specific client base – be lead contact for all client correspondence, addressing any issues, identifies revenue opportunities for client and provides service review meetings.
  • Works with relationship management team in managing more complex client relationships including acting as the key contact for day to day questions, reporting and compliance. Support developing additional business, client presentations, and coordinating meetings and actions.
  • Responsible for the onboarding and maintenance of client profiles into system – this includes managing stakeholders and ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the quality required.
  • Oversees development of appropriate action plans for client queries and requests, ensuring communication to internal and external partners and following control procedures to enable seamless execution.
  • Identifies service efficiency enhancements, process improvements, and facilitates service delivery using creative and proactive measures.
  • Acts as a technical subject matter expert for other teams to rely on for securities lending queries, processes and/or procedures for delivery of services.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client servicing.
  • In depth knowledge of Securities Lending.
  • Ability to think strategically, collaborate productively and problem solve effectively.
  • Ability to develop and contribute to high quality content such as presentations, RFPs, and responses to client inquiries.
  • Experience in presenting and explaining detailed concepts to clients.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI skills).
