Role/ Department: The Product Head, EMEA is responsible for defining and delivering the strategic direction of the regional product suite across Asset Servicing. This role leads the development of scalable, client-focused product capabilities aligned to the broader “Whole Office” vision, enabling clients to access data, analytics, and insights across their portfolios. This role brings together strategic leadership, commercial delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation, growth, and consistent product outcomes across the region.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Product Strategy & Leadership
    • Define and deliver a clear strategic vision and long-term roadmap for the EMEA product suite
    • Lead and develop a regional product team to deliver scalable and client-focused solutions
    • Ensure alignment between regional priorities and broader organisational strategy
  • Commercial & Growth Delivery
    • Partner with business units and Sales teams to shape and deliver commercial strategy
    • Identify and respond to market opportunities and competitive trends
    • Define and track key performance indicators linked to client outcomes, product performance, and financial results
  • Product Development & Innovation
    • Drive product development informed by client needs, industry developments, and regulatory considerations
    • Simplify and rationalise product capabilities to improve efficiency and reduce duplication
    • Support initiatives such as centralisation of data capabilities and vendor management
  • Go-to-Market & Client Engagement
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market plans
    • Represent the organisation in client engagements, industry forums, and business development activity
    • Support delivery of a consistent and integrated product experience for clients
  • Technology & Transformation
    • Work across business, technology, and operations to support development and implementation of technology strategies, including cloud initiatives
    • Contribute to transformation programmes that enhance product delivery and scalability
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Technology, and other functions to support delivery of product outcomes
    • Balance strategic priorities with operational considerations to optimise delivery

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience and expertise in product management within financial services or a related industry
  • Experience contributing to or leading product strategy and delivery across complex organisations
  • Understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and product lifecycle management
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams including business, technology, and operations
  • Ability to analyse data and use insights to inform decision-making
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
