Northern Trains Limited is hiring a Revenue Officer to join our Frontline Customer & Revenue Protection Team.

You’ll be a visible, approachable presence on our network, delivering excellent service while protecting revenue and upholding standards across trains and stations.

You’ll work with Conductors, check and issue tickets, complete reports, and identify opportunities to improve revenue protection, all while keeping passengers safe and informed in a fast-paced, public-facing role.
