Northern Trains Limited is seeking a Retail Operations Delivery Manager to lead the day-to-day and strategic operation of our retail systems, balancing supplier relationships and high availability to protect revenues.

Based in York with hybrid working and 1 day on site per week, you will drive system integrity, regulatory compliance, incident response, and improvements across the rail retail estate to ensure customers can buy, travel and trust us.
