What You'll Be Doing:
We are seeking a proactive Planning Engineer to join our growing manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a vital part of a close-knit team, where your skills in production planning, design, and engineering will help shape smooth operations and ensure timely delivery to our valued customers!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining route sheets for part manufacturing
- Updating route sheets post-production and digitally filing completed records
- Designing jigs and fixtures to support part manufacturing processes
- Producing shop drawings such as turner's sketches, drill templates, and milling coordinates
- Reverse engineering customer-supplied parts to produce accurate manufacturing drawings
- Supporting internal IT systems and liaising with external IT support where required
- Providing general support and completing other duties as necessary

We're seeking a confident and adaptable team player with a solid technical and engineering background, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
