Salary: £22,838.00 base salary with commission (potential total earnings £30+) plus use of company branded vehicle.

Overview
The van salesperson/merchandiser is responsible for selling and distributing our portfolio of products (crisps, snacks & nuts) to our customers across a designated delivery area of Northern Ireland.
You will also be responsible for merchandising on a regular basis, ensuring brands are in most prominent position, communicating promotional offers and new products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Delivery and merchandising of products to stores to a world class standard.
- Liaise closely with Business Development Rep. Proactively influence display placements and ensure our displays are impactful and always before our competitors in each store.
- Required to achieve sales targets by calling on designated customers and selling/merchandising our full range of products.
- Identify new areas of opportunity for developing business in store then follow through and implement development plans.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years successful track record, preferably in FMCG sales, with proven sales and negotiating ability.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills – effective influencer with professional manner.
- Able to build effective customer relationships and proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Highly energetic, enthusiastic and creative.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- IT Literate.
- Full, unrestricted driving license, ability to work outside 9-5 if required.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
Requirements
This role requires a Class 2 licence, CPC Certification, Digi card Holder.
However, we are interested to see applications from candidates without this driving requirement. If you are successful, part of your induction will involve an intensive driver training programme, to include drivers test, and CPC training.
