Mobile Patrol & Response Driver

Workington – Northern Security Limited

Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour (average 41 hours per week)

Contract: Full‑time, permanent; days, nights & weekends; overtime available

Location: Workington, Whitehaven and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

  • Provide an onsite professional security presence
  • Act as a deterrent to criminal activity, theft and antisocial behaviour
  • Protect customers, property and staff
  • Conduct internal and external site patrols
  • Open and lock up sites
  • Attend to alarm activations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
  • SIA licence essential
  • Over 25 years of age
  • Smart and presentable appearance
  • Polite, approachable and professional conduct
  • Able to make decisions independently
  • Vigilant for any unusual activity
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Flexible for work shifts
  • Provide 5‑year checkable history for BS7858 vetting and screening
