Mobile Patrol & Response Driver
Workington – Northern Security Limited
Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour (average 41 hours per week)
Contract: Full‑time, permanent; days, nights & weekends; overtime available
Location: Workington, Whitehaven and surrounding areas
Responsibilities
- Provide an onsite professional security presence
- Act as a deterrent to criminal activity, theft and antisocial behaviour
- Protect customers, property and staff
- Conduct internal and external site patrols
- Open and lock up sites
- Attend to alarm activations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
- SIA licence essential
- Over 25 years of age
- Smart and presentable appearance
- Polite, approachable and professional conduct
- Able to make decisions independently
- Vigilant for any unusual activity
- Punctual and reliable
- Flexible for work shifts
- Provide 5‑year checkable history for BS7858 vetting and screening
