£14.50 per hour Support Cover - Based in our Carlisle Office
Are you a reliable and organised individual who enjoys working independently and staying calm under pressure? We're looking for a friendly and proactive Administrator to join our Operations Team – playing a key role in keeping our security services running smoothly during nights and weekends. Working with a wide range of clients across North England to keep people, properties, and businesses safe. The focus of the control room is the responsibility for the out of hours operational delivery and ensuring the safety of our security officers is monitored. Our team is the heart of everything we do – we believe in treating our people well, supporting their growth, and creating a workplace that's inclusive and fair. From our control room to our mobile response units, we work around the clock to deliver a high standard of service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming calls, prioritise, and respond according to company procedures and industry requirements, always following procedures and escalating where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all incidents and occurrences using the appropriate systems and reporting tools.
- Employee welfare calls, dealing with and resolving 'dropped shifts' / absence cover.
- Monitoring CCTV.
- Liaising with our mobile response units.
Skills & Experience
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service levels.
- A natural problem solver who can multitask and prioritise.
- Excellent communication skills, (written and verbal) including a polite professional telephone manner.
- Strong IT and administration skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy of reporting is essential.
- Be able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
