About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR & Operations Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role supporting both HR and Operations, with a strong focus on compliance, vetting, and maintaining accurate records. You will need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines where accuracy is critical.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
  • Supporting compliance processes including right to work, DBS, SIA licensing, and BS7858 vetting
  • Maintaining accurate records and audit-ready documentation
  • Monitoring and updating compliance and absence trackers
  • Coordinating training and maintaining records
  • Supporting operational administration and responding to business needs
  • Producing reports and supporting HR activity
