You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our Control function evolves as the business scales. The Control and Scheduling Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the central monitoring station, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets through effective surveillance, incident response, and workforce coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, workforce planning, and continuous improvement across the Control Room function.
