The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

To work closely with and oversee the work of the Year Leaders, attendance team and other support staff to ensure effective support for students with challenging behaviour and attendance issues.

To lead on the provision of support programmes and intervention from external agencies (both within school and at alternative provision).

Actively support the Academy's behaviour policy and ensure that it is implemented consistently.

To support the overall progress, welfare and development of pupils across the Academy.

To deputise for the Director of Inclusion/DSL when required.
