We are recruiting for an Education & Events Coordinator to join a specialist organisation within the healthcare and research sector on a temporary basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support the delivery of educational events, meetings and webinars, while managing administration and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, events, masterclasses and webinars.

  • Liaise with speakers, delegates and a range of external stakeholders.

  • Manage event logistics, registrations, venues and technical requirements.

  • Support newsletters, website updates and event communications.

  • Maintain accurate records, databases and event documentation.

  • Assist with post-event reporting, analysis and payment administration.

  • Ensure events meet relevant accreditation and compliance requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong organisation, communication and administration skills, who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.

  • Experience in events, project coordination, education, healthcare or a similar environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills, with CRM/database experience desirable.

  • A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work independently.

The Opportunity

  • Immediate start

  • Hybrid working, 3 days in the Newcastle office

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • Initial 1-month temporary assignment

  • Potential permanent opportunity

  • Β£30,000 per annum permanent salary
