An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our People Services Team.
As a dedicated Administrator you will deliver timely, efficient and effective first line administrative services across the Hire to Retire processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact and respond to all enquiries in line with Service Level Agreements, ensuring delivery of a 10/10 customer experience
- Provide high quality and consistent administration support to all colleagues across the Hire to Retire processes, supporting various functions when workloads fluctuate.
- Escalating queries where necessary to ensure a full resolution and response to colleagues or line managers
- Process all transactions in line with Payroll deadlines and with agreed policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to delegations of authority Maintain colleague records, both paper-based and electronic (within the HCM system) ensuring records are up to date and accurate
- Support the wider People Services Team with implementing any improvement ideas
- Communicate progress on workflow requests through timely and accurate updates to workflow tracker information.
- Have a good understanding of GDPR; ensuring customer confidentiality is adhered to at all times.
- Promote a clear desk policy within the team ensuring customer data is stored securely and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly with Mail Merges.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and maintain data integrity
- Well organised.
- Experience of dealing with sensitive data
- Excellent administrative skills with the ability to prioritise work in line with customer demand and to agreed Service Levels
Experience & Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum qualification of 5 GCSEs A-C or equivalent
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Ideally experience of working in an HR transactional and/or Shared Services environment.
- Have a working knowledge of Oracle HCM (HR/Payroll system) and/or other HR/Payroll systems.
