An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Oracle Talent Management SME to join our Oracle Transformation Programme, supporting the successful delivery, optimisation, and ongoing management of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management.

In this role, you will work closely with HR, Business Leaders, and Technology teams and act as the Oracle Talent Management SME, leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Talent Management processes.
You will ensure solutions are delivered in line with business requirements, Oracle best practices, and organisational talent objectives, whilst supporting stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Discovery
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and document business, HR, and Talent Management requirements.
- Assess current processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support scope definition, priorities, and deployment approach for Oracle Talent Management modules.
- Design
- Work with the SI to produce solution design documentation aligned with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
- Work with the Head Of to define future-state processes for Performance Management, Goals, Career
- Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Review.
- Obtain stakeholder agreement and design sign-off.
- Build
- Work with the SI to configure Oracle Talent Management modules and supporting functionality.
- Support integrations, security, workflows, and data migration requirements.
- Maintain configuration and deployment documentation.
- Test (SIT/UAT)
- Support the Teas Lead to develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios.
- Support the management of defect triage, issue resolution, and retesting activities.
- Ensure business acceptance criteria are met and obtain sign-off.
- Cutover
- Support the cutover plans, deployment checklists, and readiness assessments.
- Work with Data Lead to coordinate data migration, validation, and production deployment activities.
- Support go-live decision-making and transition planning.
- Provide post-go-live support and issue management.
- Monitor system performance, user adoption, and process effectiveness.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and transition to BAU support teams.

Qualifications
- Relevant experience in HR.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business process analysis skills.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification or equivalent Oracle Talent Management expertise.
