We're looking for an Oracle Cloud Payroll Specialist to help drive the ongoing development, optimisation and support of our Payroll and HCM systems while remaining connected to the operational reality of payroll delivery.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both project work and hands‑on payroll operations, giving you exposure to system configuration, testing, process improvement and transformation activities as well as payroll delivery.
The role
Working across Payroll, HR, Finance and IT, you'll help ensure our Oracle Cloud Payroll solution delivers an efficient, compliant and colleague‑focused service.
You'll be involved in
- Supporting Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration and administration.
- Maintaining payroll elements, balances, formulas and system definitions.
- Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving payroll system issues.
- Supporting testing, upgrades and system releases.
- Assisting with data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
- Driving process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting monthly payroll processing and payroll compliance activities.
- Working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance payroll capability.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and/or Oracle Cloud Payroll.
- Strong understanding of UK payroll processes and legislation.
- Experience supporting payroll system implementations or enhancement.
- Knowledge of testing, configuration and data validation activities.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for improving systems, processes and colleague experience.
- Along with a competitive salary of
- £35,000 – £45,000
(depending on experience), we also offer
- Bonus potential up to 10%
- 25 days holiday (rising with service) plus bank holidays
