An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic colleague to join our Oracle Transformation Program as a HR Systems Officer, supporting the successful delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of our Oracle Fusion HCM platform. As a dedicated People Functional Admin, you will be an integral part of ensuring our systems and processes underpin a high-quality employee experience, accurate People data and efficient HR operations.

As an HR Systems Officer, you will support the day-to-day administration, coordination and functional upkeep of Oracle Fusion HCM. You will assist with system enquiries, user access, data validation, process updates, configuration activities and reporting. This role will work closely with the HR Systems team, D&I, HR operational teams and key stakeholders to ensure our system design, processes and outputs meet business needs. You will support the HR Systems Specialist and HR Systems Lead in the management of system changes, testing activities, release readiness and business readiness tasks. This role ensures accuracy, quality, timeliness and compliance across all HR system activities, while helping to embed new processes and improvements into business-as-usual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day functional administration of Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance and a positive user experience.
  • Assist with the maintenance of system configuration, workflows, lookups and foundational data.
  • Coordinate and support user access requests, security role updates and periodic audits.
  • Provide first-line support for system queries, troubleshooting issues and escalating where required.
  • Support release management activities including impact reviews, testing, documentation and communication.
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining system guides, training materials and process documentation.
  • Assist the People Systems team in monitoring data integrity, identifying errors and supporting data corrections.
  • Support the coordination of testing cycles for system enhancements, including validating outcomes and raising defects.
  • Work with HR operational teams to ensure system processes align with business requirements.
  • Support reporting activities, extracting data and ensuring outputs meet business needs.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to data quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams, IS specialists and system users.
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and processes.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience working with HR systems (Oracle Fusion HCM preferred).
  • Understanding of HR processes and data requirements.
  • Experience providing system or process administration support.
  • Ability to manage data accurately and handle confidential information.
  • Strong user support, troubleshooting and communication skills.
