An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic colleague to join our Oracle Transformation Program supporting the optimization, development and day-to-day coordination of our Oracle Fusion HCM platform. As a dedicated People System Coordinator, you will be an integral part of achieving this by ensuring our HR technology and processes support efficient, compliant, and people‑centred experiences. As an HR System Coordinator, you will help shape future enhancements and deliver our ongoing plans for a modern and effective HR landscape.
This role will act as a key link between the People Directorate, Digital and Innovation, and wider business stakeholders ensuring that system design, configuration, processes, and reporting meet operational, regulatory, and business needs across the employee lifecycle.
Along with a competitive salary of £27,610 - £30,424 we also offer great benefits such as: 25 days holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate HR system activities and support configuration updates, release impacts, enhancements, and process improvements across Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Support the identification, documentation, and delivery of system‑related activities, milestones, and tasks.
- Provide support and guidance to HR teams and business users.
- Support testing cycles, including execution and validation.
- Assist in managing system security roles, data governance, and compliance requirements.
- Support change management and communication plans.
- Monitor system performance and data quality.
- Work closely with SMEs, D&I teams, and partners to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or similar HRIS.
- Educated to A‑Level standard (or equivalent), with a minimum of two A‑Levels.
- Understanding of HR processes.
- Experience supporting system users.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
