An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic colleague to join our Oracle Transformation Program in the role of HR Systems and process Lead, managing deployment, continuous improvement, optimisation and governance of our Oracle Fusion HCM platform.

The Oracle HR Systems & Process Lead is responsible for owning, optimising, and evolving the organisation’s Oracle HCM platform and end-to-end HR processes.
This role acts as the strategic bridge between HR, D&I, and the wider business, ensuring that Oracle HCM modules are configured, governed, and utilised effectively to support operational excellence, compliance, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Oracle HCM Ownership & Governance
- Serve as the functional lead for Oracle HCM, overseeing configuration, enhancements, releases, and integrations.
- Maintain system governance, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
- Lead the roadmap for Oracle HCM improvements, upgrades, and new module deployments.
- Lead and develop the HCM Process and Systems team consisting of; HCM System Specialist, HCM System Officers and HCM Systems Co-ordinator.
- Process Leadership & Optimisation
- Map, design, and optimise HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with best practice and system capability.
- Identify automation and efficiency opportunities within Oracle HCM and related HR workflows.
- Partner with HR COEs and Shared Services to standardise processes globally.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Support
- Act as the primary liaison between HR, D&IIT, and external Oracle partners.
- Translate business needs into system requirements and functional specifications.
- Provide expert guidance to HR teams on system capabilities, process impacts, and best ‑practice usage.
- Data, Reporting & Insights
- Oversee HR data structures, reporting frameworks, and dashboards within Oracle HCM.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of people analytics to HR and business leaders.
- Champion data quality, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Change, Training & Adoption
- Lead change management efforts for system or process updates.
- Work with L&D to develop and deliver training, documentation, and communication to drive adoption.
- Support end users with issue resolution, troubleshooting, and guidance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex system data and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Capability to solve problems and propose practical, efficient solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM or another enterprise HRIS platform
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
- Experience supporting HR systems configuration, testing or functionality
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting within HR systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
