We are looking for a proactive and highly organised PMO Officer to support the Economic Analysis, Performance and Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for organising meetings and orchestrating plan deliverables, working closely with senior programme leads and stakeholders across the business to coordinate and develop a single, cohesive company‑wide plan. Key Responsibilities
- Organise and orchestrate meetings to enable smooth programme delivery
- Oversee delivery of plan deliverables, setting clear deadlines and monitoring quality
- Develop and manage a central reference and resources library (templates, trackers, guidance and standards)
- Manage interactions with external agencies for document design and production
- Own and maintain the programme control actions log, proactively following up on outstanding actions
- Produce and publish regular, clear and timely programme communications
- Operate an effective managed environment for programme control by establishing and upholding consistent working standards
- Provide broader project and PMO support to the Economic Analysis, Performance and Planning team as required
Skills and Main Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in programme plans and priorities
- Experience working within programme or project management environments, including governance and reporting
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders
- A genuine interest in, or passion for, the energy sector
Qualifications & Experience
- Ability to proactively prioritise, plan and deliver outputs
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills, with the ability to analyse data, create reports and present insights effectively
- Understanding of UK energy regulation, price reviews and regulatory frameworks
- Experience preparing or evaluating business plans within regulated environments
- Previous experience working with, or alongside, a Distribution Network Operator
