We’re looking for a Project Delivery Team Leader to join our Major Projects operations team. You’ll play a key role in delivering complex, high-voltage construction projects while leading, developing and supporting a team of highly skilled operational engineers.

As a Project Delivery Team Leader, you will be managing a team of operational engineers (Senior Authorised Persons) delivering varied construction projects safely and to time, cost and quality.
Along with a competitive salary of ÂŁ68,286- ÂŁ80,335 plus up to 10% bonus, we also offer great benefits such as:

Key Responsibilities
- Effective management and utilisation of resources
- Effective team management, leadership and supervision
- Line management of your team
- Leading the training and development of your team
- Carryout operational assessments
- Carryout operational duties to support your team and the wider business, including 24/7 restoration
- Accident and incident investigation
- Ensure adequate network risk management by your team
- Undertake safety, operational, quality, environmental and business process audits
- Operational excellence as a role model for your team
- HV and EHV operational experience and authorisations
- Hold existing UK based Senior Authorised Person authorisations and regularly use these authorisations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills and experience
- Extensive experience of delivering projects to time, cost and quality
What qualifications and experience should you have?
- HNC, HND, degree, or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least three years of relevant operational experience as an SAP
- Hold existing HV or EHV Senior Authorised Person status operating on a UK based distribution or transmission network, or UK based privately operated electricity network.
- NEBOSH/IOSH or similar qualification
