We are looking for a Business Analysis Manager to lead and grow our Business Analysis Centre of Excellence (BAcoE). This is a key leadership role, responsible for shaping high‑quality analytical delivery across our change portfolio and driving the standards, capability and performance of our BA community. Along with a competitive salary of between ÂŁ50,000 - ÂŁ60,000, other benefits also include:

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor and empower a multi‑layered team of Lead Business Analysts, Business Analysts and Trainees. Build a collaborative, high‑performing BA Centre of Excellence, embedding best practice, methods and tools. Oversee workload planning, prioritisation and allocation of BA resources across programmes and projects.
- Strategic & Operational Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high‑quality business analysis across all change initiatives, with outputs that are consistent, robust and aligned to project goals. Provide expert guidance across requirements gathering, process modelling, and solution evaluation. Act as a strategic partner to project managers, product owners and business leads—shaping scope, assessing impacts and validating business needs. Establish and maintain a robust quality assurance approach for BA artefacts, ensuring consistency with internal standards and frameworks. Support governance forums (e.g., change boards, architecture reviews, project gates) by ensuring BA deliverables are accurate, complete and decision‑ready. Ensure the BA function adopts best practice methods consistent with enterprise architecture, service management and portfolio governance frameworks.
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in developing people and building a culture of continuous improvement, with a strong focus on uplifting capability and embedding excellence across the team.
- Proven leadership experience within complex change environments, with a strong track record of guiding business analysis functions and enabling high‑quality delivery.
- Expertise across core BA disciplines including requirements gathering, business process design and solution evaluation, applying structured methodologies to drive clarity, alignment and successful outcomes.
- A proactive, influential and collaborative mindset, able to build strong stakeholder relationships and positively shape decision‑making across a wide range of teams and seniority levels.
- Full UK driver’s license.
- Experience supporting or leading business analysis within large‑scale Oracle transformation programmes, including exposure to complex systems integrations, data migration, process redesign and organisational change.
- Generalist background with hands‑on experience across Project Management, Product Management and Data disciplines.
