Are you detail-driven, financially savvy, and passionate about the live events or music industry? We’re looking for a Financial Accounts Administrator to join our team and play a key role in managing financial operations across artist bookings and live shows.

About the Role

As a Financial Accounts Manager, you’ll oversee invoicing, financial tracking, and commission management across a dynamic roster of artists, agents, and promoters. This is an office based hands-on role at the heart of live music operations, working closely with agents, artists, and accountants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and issue invoicing sheets to artists, including tax and social security details
  • Manage contracting and invoicing processes to optimise tax efficiency
  • Liaise with artists and bands on invoice amendments and percentage splits
  • Send invoices to promoters and actively chase outstanding payments
  • Review and verify show settlements, particularly percentage-based deals/additional income
  • Daily reconciliation of incoming payments in Xero
  • Issue commission invoices and maintain accurate financial records
  • Track and update earnings and commission reports across artists and agents
  • Prepare accounts for VAT returns and liaise with accountants on year-end processes
  • Prepare and update commission statements for tours
  • Track incoming payments and ensure approvals from agents and artists
  • Submit invoices and statements for payment processing
  • Maintain and manage contract progress tracking
  • Produce bi-annual cash flow forecasts
  • Monitor company performance and running costs
  • Process company payments on a regular schedule
  • Review and track agent expenses and submissions

  • Strong experience in accounts or finance (music/live events industry a bonus)
  • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with artists and industry professionals
