Northern Monk is seeking a dedicated brewer/operator to join our Leeds production team. The role focuses on wort production, strict data logging and maintaining health and safety standards in a fast-moving environment.
You should have around 1 year of brewing experience and be comfortable with shift work, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Alignment with our Fresh, Inclusive, Spirited, Humble and Community values is essential.
