We’re looking for passionate Part-Time Bar Staff to join our team in our brand-new Bradford bar. If you love hospitality, delivering excellent customer service, and being a welcoming face for our brand, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where delightful experiences are at the heart of everything we do. From greeting customers warmly to maintaining the cleanliness of the bar, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments for everyone who visits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve customers from the bar.
- Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Use a till to take orders and payments.
- Maintain an appropriate level of cleanliness behind the bar.
ABOUT YOU:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Possess a positive attitude to a busy work environment, and a willingness to work long or flexible hours when required and weekends.
- Have a keen interest in craft beer and enthusiasm for the industry.
- Have fantastic customer service and the drive to go above and beyond for every customer that visits the Refectory.
- A good understanding of the company mission with an ability to uphold company values.
