This business is revolutionising the way houses are bought and sold in the UK. With a proven product and go to market strategy, and proof internationally of the structural change their products make to the conveyancing process, we are now building out key roles in their marketing department and are excited to be recruiting this Marketing Manager role.
This role starts with the product. It is in the regulated financial services market so your experience in that space is critical. You will quickly get under the bonnet of the product from a technical perspective, understanding how it works and what those features are that create benefits for their customers. You will take those insights and build out multichannel B2B campaigns. Working closely with the digital, comms, and broader marketing teams you will lead the delivery planning. This is a hands-on role so you will likely be involved in all channels including supporting in the writing of marketing content for a variety of channels.
This role reports in to the Head of Product who then reports in to the CMO. You will have line management responsibility for one or two people.
To be considered you will need to demonstrate:
- Fintech/proptech or very closely aligned market experience
- An understanding of a multibrand environment
- Integrated marketing campaign strategy and delivery
- Driving lead gen campaigns and developing customer journeys
- Stakeholder management and engagement
- 3rd party management such as agencies
- Budget management
