This is a critical role in the new structure of this technology enabled, regulated financial services business. Working within the mortgages and lending space, they are launching their digital proposition and are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the product team.
You will be responsible for building out multichannel B2B campaigns. Working closely with the digital, comms, and broader marketing teams, you will lead the delivery planning. This is a hands-on role, so you will likely be involved in all channels, including supporting in the writing of marketing content for a variety of channels.
You will manage a small team who will be responsible for delivering parts of the campaigns, particularly the customer journey and marketing automation elements. This role reports into the Head of Product and you will have line management responsibility for one or two people.
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate:
- Regulated financial services product experience, ideally in mortgages
- An understanding of a multibrand environment
- Integrated marketing campaign strategy and delivery
- Driving lead generation campaigns and developing customer journeys
- Stakeholder management and engagement
- 3rd party management such as agencies
- Budget management
