This is a genuinely exciting, new, B2B marketing role sitting at the heart of a fast-growing technology business that powers home energy installations for some of the UK's most recognised consumer brands. Think solar panels, heat pumps, EV chargers, battery storage and boilers, all delivered through a single integrated platform that connects major brands with a nationwide network of qualified tradespeople. You've almost certainly seen the consumer side of what this business enables, even if you haven't heard the name.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you'll lead on growing and engaging the trade side of the platform, the electricians, heating engineers and renewables installers who pick up and complete jobs through the app. Alongside that, you'll be building brand awareness for the business itself and growing the customer base for a trade-facing online store. It's a broad remit with real ownership, and the right person will relish having the space to shape it.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Developing and delivering a multi-channel B2B marketing strategy across email, social, web, events and app-based communications
- Building and optimising an automated onboarding journey that converts newly registered tradespeople into active, engaged platform users
- Working closely with Product and Development teams to scope and deliver improvements to in-app and email touchpoints, aligned to the platform roadmap
- Planning and executing campaigns with clear objectives, tracking and evaluation built in from the start
- Supporting the Engineer Engagement team with communications for operational updates and process changes
- Reporting on performance through analytics, KPIs and regular senior leadership reviews
We're looking for a commercially minded marketer with 5+ years' experience, ideally with a background in B2B, trades or professionals audiences. You'll understand how to balance strong creative with data-led performance, and you'll have the confidence to work across marketing, product, commercial and operational teams without losing momentum. A solid grasp of marketing automation, user journey design and digital campaign management is essential. Experience in energy, home services, construction or a two-sided marketplace would be a genuine advantage.
