We’re recruiting for a dynamic ecommerce business operating in the consumer durables space. With an established track record and business model they’re experiencing a buoyant market and are expanding the marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional to take ownership of the e-commerce channel.

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing all aspects of the brand's digital marketing strategy, from planning and executing to monitoring campaigns success across social media, paid media, email, SEO, and the website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the website (Magento) and implement changes with the support of the team.
  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, tracking performance against KPIs and adjusting as needed.
  • Develop and execute paid and organic social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage target audiences.
  • Oversee content creation and distribution across all digital channels.
  • Implement SEO strategies including keyword research, link building, and on-page optimisation.
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, analyse data to measure ROI, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage a small team of digital marketers.
  • Manage third-party agencies and developers.

We need a digital all-rounder who loves both strategy and hands-on implementation. You'll bring:

  • Comprehensive hands-on knowledge of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website analytics.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing — campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns.
  • Experience working on the Magento ecommerce platform.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media dashboards, and content management systems.
  • Experience with Magento or a similar e-commerce platform.
  • Strong organisational skills — able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively.
  • Creative thinking — able to develop innovative strategies and engaging content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leadership experience managing a small digital marketing team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
