Responsibilities
- Be operationally responsible for the Theatre team and ensure delivery of high-quality, clinically effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, senior leaders, healthcare professionals and patients.
- Be accountable for supporting the theatre manager with leading, motivating and supervising multidisciplinary teams.
- Work collaboratively to ensure patients benefit from the best possible treatment and care.
- Lead the theatre teams training and development and deputise in the absence of the theatre manager.
Organisation/Context
Role based at the Goole site, within the NLAG NHS Foundation Trust, as part of a larger teaching and research-oriented network.
