Based at the NLB’s Headquarters in Edinburgh, as Technical Systems Officer you will:
- Implement the ICT rolling replacement programme, reviewing user requirements, specifying and installing hardware.
- Manage build images and configurations to quickly deploy new equipment.
- Update and maintain hardware and software records within the ICT asset management system.
- Investigate emerging hardware/software technologies and provide detailed technical support to resolve hardware and software issues for NLB users.
