Northern Leaders Trust is seeking an Attendance Improvement Officer in the Newcastle area to monitor and report on student attendance and absence, and to conduct home visits with families to remove barriers to good attendance. The role supports the delivery of the attendance improvement strategy, requiring strong data interpretation, reporting skills and excellent interpersonal abilities to work with schools and the Trust Attendance Manager.
