This position provides support to the Human Resources and Payroll Department (as needed).
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line telephone.
- Routing mail, emails, and faxes.
- Filing, copying, typing, sorting, and compiling various hard copy packets of information (as needed).
- Word processing and/or data entry are required (Word and Excel).
- Assist with special projects.
- Running errands on campus (as needed).
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Professional demeanor, ability to think critically and analytically.
- Good communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, the ability to work independently, a positive attitude, good academic standing, and a willingness to learn.
