A one-year full-time position to work with CPE and DCBS technical teams to resolve early system challenges, improve data accuracy, and support automated reporting features.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with IT teams at both CPE and DCBS to understand system needs, identify issues, and provide solutions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot initial system issues, provide technical support, and track issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality and prevent future discrepancies.
  • Work on automating reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate data generation for various stakeholders.
  • Create clear documentation for system use, including troubleshooting guides, best practices for data entry, and reporting procedures, and conduct training to ensure non-technical staff can use systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of experience required.
  • Experience with learning management systems, system integration, data management, troubleshooting, and data reporting.

Any candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a pre-employment criminal background check as mandated by state law.
