Primary Responsibilities
- Copying, collating, stapling, scanning & faxing documents.
- Handling deliveries and errands on campus and within Nunn Hall.
- Assisting with data entry of student attendance.
- Preparing and maintaining class rosters and sign in sheets.
- Checking classrooms for supplies and operational clocks.
- Occasional lifting of boxes, equipment or supplies.
- Completing other projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
Candidate should be dependable, possess good communication and organizational skills, be able to maintain confidentiality regarding Chase matters, and be proficient with Microsoft Office software. Any candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a pre-employment criminal background check as mandated by state law.
