The Northern Ireland Prison Service is now recruiting for Custody Prison Officers.
Location: Maghaberry Prison, Magilligan Prison, Hydebank Wood College and Women's Prison.
Salary: £32,510 - £42,725 per annum (under review). The position attracts a supplementary risk allowance of £4,284 per annum and a boot allowance of £92.80 per annum.

The majority of vacancies are operational CPO, however there are also a number of CPO vacancies within the Trades Departments across establishments for qualified Plumbers and Electricians. Some will also suffer from mental illness and addictions.
