To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery by all plumbing work in Housing Executive properties while upholding safety guidelines and complying with all applicable Codes and Regulations in line with our vision and values.
Responsibilities
- To undertake all plumbing work as necessary in the maintenance and refurbishment of Housing Executive stock, including, bathroom suites/wet rooms, kitchen replacements, general pipework etc.
- To perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify repair and or replace.
- To provide a quality customer service and maintain a good customer relationship on behalf of the NIHE.
Skills and Qualifications
- Have successfully completed an apprenticeship in Plumbing (either time served or skills based).
- 2 yearsβ post Apprenticeship Pluming experience.
