The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.

To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery by providing a bricklaying service for Housing Executive properties while upholding safety guidelines and complying with all applicable Codes and Regulations in line with our vision and values.

Responsibilities

  • To undertake maintenance and building work on the full range of Housing Executive properties involving brickwork, blockwork and stonework.
  • To undertake, as and when required, bricklaying, concrete laying and foundation work associated with response maintenance and minor adaptation.
  • To provide a quality customer service and maintain a good customer relationship on behalf of the NIHE.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Have successfully completed an apprenticeship in Bricklaying (either time served or skills based).
  • 2 years’ post Apprenticeship Bricklaying experience.
  • Be willing to undertake additional training outside of core trade including Level 2 Multi-skilling or be willing to attain within a specified time frame.
