BAND: 9 JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, having lead responsibility for delivering an effective and efficient asset management service for the largest public landlord in the UK and Ireland. The post holder will be responsible for leading a diverse team of over 200 in-house technical staff, external consultants and contractors in delivering the NIHE investment programme which is more than £200 million per annum to maintain 83,000 homes. This includes capital/revenue, planned and cyclical works which is designed to ensure the long-term sustainability of our assets. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Possess a minimum of a degree level qualification (level 6) in a relevant subject e.g. construction or built environment AND Membership of a relevant Professional Body at Chartered level e.g. RICS, CIOB, RIBA or can demonstrate the ability to obtain this within one year of appointment.
