THIS ROLE IS A FOR A FIXED TERM UP TO JUNE 2027 INITIALLY, WHICH MAY BECOME PERMANENT AT A LATER STAGE IF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS EXIST.

JOB PURPOSE: To work as a member of the Systems Support Team assisting in maintaining the functionality of Business Systems (HMS, CMS, etc.) including incident management; fix testing; release testing; communication with internal and external stakeholders and control and review of documentation. To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree or an equivalent level qualification AND demonstrate 1 year's relevant experience OR
- BTEC Higher or an equivalent level qualification AND demonstrate 2 years relevant experience OR
- Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning AND at least 3 years' relevant experience
*Relevant experience will be determined from the key responsibilities of the post and be directly related to housing management.
